Hello! My name is Mirabelle Bishaw. I am a costume designer passionate about storytelling through wardrobe. I believe you can learn everything you need to know about a character by the clothing they wear. I have experience in creating, sourcing, and managing costumes on short films, features, and theater productions alike. From period pieces to comedies, I love getting to collaborate with directors and actors to create a character and fulfill their vision. Through my experience, I have developed hands-on skills such as sewing, weathering, dyeing, and foam sculpting, as well as practical skills like working with a budget and a strict time frame. I am always looking to collaborate with directors to fulfill their creative vision.
